Annual Day, Founders’ Day, and SSLC Send-Off Celebrations

29 December 2025 – School Trip to Mahakut Kudal Sangam

16-12-2025- The 66th birthday of Shri. Kumaraswamy, JDS Party Head, former Chief Minister of Karnataka, and present Union Minister, was celebrated in our auditorium. A total of 18 MLAs and 7 MLCs were present at the event. Sweaters were distributed to all students and staff, and lunch was also hosted for the students and staff.

A state-level music singing competition was organized by the Women and Child Development Department and Bala Bhavan Society, Bangalore from 17-11-2025 to 19-11-2025. Kumar Siddappa Dyamappa Suthagatti, an eighth grade student of Maheshwari Blind Children's School, who was selected from the Belgaum district level in this competition, won the first position in the state-level competition and received the state-level Kala Sri Award.

The 25th National Para Swimming Championship 2025–26 was held in Hyderabad from 15-11-2025 to 18-11-2025. A total of 12 students from our school participated in this competition Patu won 20 medals in total, including: 12 Gold medals 06 Silver medals 02 Bronze medals In this competition, our Karnataka team won the highest number of medals and emerged as the Champion Team.

On 14 11 2025, Children's Day was celebrated at the Belgaum District Blind Service Organization and Maheshwari Blind Children's School to celebrate the foundation day of the organization and the 136th birth anniversary of Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru. The organization's president, vice-president, honorary secretaries, headmasters, teaching and non-teaching staff and all the lovely children were present.

The State Level Para Swimming Competition was held on 26.10.2025 at Bangalore, in which a total of 16 students from Maheshwari School for the Blind participated and won 42 medals — 23 Gold 🥇, 17 Silver 🥈, and 2 Bronze

ದಿನಾಂಕ 2.10.2025 ರಂದು ಮಹೇಶ್ವರಿ ಅಂದಮಕ್ಕಳ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪಿತ ಮಹಾತ್ಮ ಗಾಂಧೀಜಿಯವರ 156 ನೆಯ ಜನ್ಮದಿನಾಚರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ಲಾಲ್ ಬಹದ್ದೂರ್ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಿ ಅವರ 121ನೇ ಜನ್ಮ ದಿನಾಚರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಮುಖ್ಯೋಪಾಧ್ಯಾಯರು ಹಾಗೂ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ವರ್ಗ ಹಾಗೂ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕೇತರ ವರ್ಗದವರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು

On 15-08-2025, the 79th Independence Day celebrations organized by the Belgaum District Administration were held at the District Stadium by the students of Maheshwari Blind Children's School.

On 05/06/2025, World Environment Day was celebrated at Maheshwari School for the Blind by planting saplings. The event was attended by the school principal, all teaching and non-teaching staff, and the beloved children of the school.
